Every message reaches the same small team that draws, prints and packs the shirts — usually us, personally, from Budapest. There is no call centre and no ticket number.
Sizing question, something about an order, or a piece you would like to see someday — write to us. We read everything and reply ourselves, usually within a day or two.

Send a DM if that is easier — we check it daily and it is run by the same two people who answer the email.
